Returns Policy

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund/exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item must be in resalable conditions and must also be return in the original packaging. Only items bought from website can be accepted. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include packing slip inside the box. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. All returns/exchanges will be reviewed for final approval. All exchanges/refunds will be processed after final approval. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Sale/Discounted items Sale/Discounted items are not eligible for exchange. If you still wish to exchange, you will be responsible for ALL shipping cost. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Before sending your return please fill out Return Request for instructions. * You will be responsible for all returns shipping cost. * After first exchange, you will be responsible for ALL shipping cost. * There may be other instances in which you will be responsible for ALL shipping cost, ex: change of color, style etc. Note: D'Santy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages when returning or exchanging your product.
