30 day policy
- If 30 days have gone by since your package arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or replacement.
- Returns will not be accepted if product is discontinued.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item must be in resalable conditions and must also be return in the original packaging (box and bag.) This will prevent product from being damaged.
- Only items bought from our website can be accepted.
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org before making a return. In your email please include order number and reason for return.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Please include packing slip inside the box as proof of purchase.
- Please DO NOT send your purchase back to manufacturer.
- We will not be responsible for lost packages sent to another address not listed as Return Address.
- All returns will be reviewed for final approval
- All returns will be processed after final approval
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Please note cost of return shipping will be deducted from refund.
- Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition.
- Item is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
